WithVin Yards a plenty, worked farmland for as far as the eye can see just two minutes up the track lies a hidden chambre de hotes, a B&B, where you can rent rooms by night, hidden inside it's own beautiful gardens, very easy to pass, a short walk to the lake. Tours is a historic city steeped in history, thc Cathedral a is worth a visit alone and you can spend a day just gazing at the fantastic architecture which has done well to survive the many centuries, Leonardo da Vinci spent many an hour at Tours, and it's no wonder why, when you take in a restuarant, walk round the old town and absorb the ambience of the old french ville.

Just a half hour away lies the famous 24 hr Le mans circuit & museum, for the children there is a Zoo at La Flèche. Disneyland Paris is a train ride away, we can help you pre-book coach jouneys. Locally there are street markets where you can sample local produce; Wine, Cheese and freshly baked bread are top of our favorites. For those who like pampering, we have a visiting reflexologist and Indian head masseur, The local town of Marcon holds a 50 hectare lake that hosts wind surfing, Pedaloes, canoes, archery and horse riding, around the lake is a fantastic little cycle track, a swimming area with slide and a beach, for those who love the stars and out doors there is a campsite too, this is 2mins from the etang de janine. 15mins lies another lake with jet ski's and an equestrian centre, if you like a bit of action then near to the famous town of Amboise lies an adventure park that boasts river canoeing, picnic area, climbing towers, pony trekking.a great day out for children of all ages, for the real adventerous why not take in a helecopter tour of the magnificent Loire Valley, from Neuille-pont-Pierre.
